Return Policy

Items purchased from Kèkètte e-boutique may be returned for a refund or credit given the following conditions are met. We do not exchange at this point in time.


  • Goods are returned within 5 days (returns outside of this period are held to Kèkètte discretion)


  • Proof of purchase is provided (transactional receipt or invoice)
  • Items are not marked as FINAL SALE
  • Items are in their original condition, meaning that:
  • All tags are still intact Items are in their original packaging
  • Items have not been worn, altered, damaged or washed (this includes shoes returned with sole markings or scratches). Swimwear must have the hygiene seal intact and the item must be in resalable condition

NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Due to their nature or hygiene restrictions, Kèkètte e-boutique cannot refund the following items:


  • Earrings and jewelry
  • Swimwear cannot be returned if hygiene seal is not intact, or if the item is assessed to be unfit for resale by Kèkètte for hygiene reasons. All swimwear must be tried on over your own underwear to maintain its hygiene.

HOW TO RETURN ONLINE

The item(s) must meet the requirements outlined in this policy. Returns will not be accepted without an approved RA#.


Ensure all return conditions listed above have been met

1. You will be issued a Return Authorisation Number and a returns label once the return has been reviewed and approved. Please write the Return Authorisation Number on your return form to be included in your return parcel.

  1. To return your order please print off the return label provided and attach securely to your return parcel.

Due to varying processing times between payment providers, online returns may take 5-10 business days to process into your account. You will receive an email from Kèkètte Customer Care when your refund has been processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

During our high peak sale periods, we appreciate your patience in the processing of your return which may take up to 10 business days to settle from the date of receipt.

 Our packaging includes our signature Turquoise vibrant Tiffany boxes , tied with white ribbons. Also wrapped with the utmost care.
